Limited Gloss Retention Warranty

If a Sign-Brite restored sign face exhibits unusual gloss reduction within 2 years from date of original restoration as defined by the date of service completion, an authorized Sign-Brite agent will restore that sign face to its original restoration gloss at no charge.

The warranty stated in this publication is in lieu of all other warranties (written or oral, statutory, express or implied including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for purpose).  Sign-Brite's sole obligation whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall be limited to restoring gloss equivalent to the original restoration project. Under no circumstances shall Sign-Brite be liable for any amount or action greater than restoring the gloss achieved after original restoration.
